PetTec App

1. Subject of the Agreement

 

By concluding a paid subscription in the PetTec App, the user acquires recurring digital services, including:

  • 4G/LTE service for PetTec devices
  • AI-based services
  • Cloud storage for short videos

    •  

    The specific scope of services is derived from the product and service description in the app at the time of contract conclusion.

    2. Automatic Debit

     

    By concluding the subscription, the user expressly agrees that the applicable subscription fees will be debited automatically and recurrently via the chosen payment method.

     

    The debit is made, in particular, via:

    • the payment method stored in the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) or
    • PayPal, if this payment method has been selected by the user.

      •  

      The debit takes place:

      • monthly or annually (depending on the chosen subscription),
      • in advance for the respective billing period.

        • 3. Billing Entity

         

        Payment processing is not carried out directly by Stage10 GmbH, but through the respective payment service provider or platform operator used:

        • Apple App Store (Apple Inc.)
        • Google Play Store (Google LLC)
        • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., if PayPal is used as a payment method

          •  

          In addition, the payment and usage conditions of the respective provider apply.

          4. Term and Renewal

           

          The subscription has the term specified at the time of conclusion and automatically renews for the respective chosen billing period, unless it is canceled by the user in good time.

          5. Termination

           

          The user can cancel the subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period:

          • for App Store subscriptions, via the account settings of the respective App Store
          • for PayPal payments, via the corresponding subscription or payment agreements in the PayPal account

            Termination via the PetTec App or directly with Stage10 GmbH is technically not possible.

             

            Already debited fees will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis, unless otherwise required by law.

            6. Price Changes

             

            Changes to subscription prices will be communicated to the user in good time via the respective App Store or payment provider in accordance with the regulations applicable there.

            Price changes only come into effect at the beginning of a new billing period.

            7. Revocation

             

            The right of revocation is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective app store or payment service provider.

            Information on revocation is provided by the respective provider.

            8. Liability and Availability

             

            Stage10 GmbH strives for the most uninterrupted availability of the subscription services possible. However, technically induced outages, particularly in mobile or internet services, cannot be completely ruled out.

            9. Final Provisions

             

            The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

            Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
