What does my dog's tail tell me?

Which word should you use for recall with your dog?

Your dog's body language tells you how he is feeling. Your four-legged friend communicates with you through his gestures and facial expressions. Acoustic signals and scents also help dogs to communicate.

One of the most expressive body parts is the dog's tail. If the dog wags its tail, it is usually happy. If it tucks its tail in, it shows fear. The dog's tail already reveals many of the animal's emotions. Sorrow, fear, alertness, and joy can be recognized. To interpret your pet's feelings, look closely. It can become dangerous if it stiffens. If it also lays its ears back and growls, calm it down. A content dog moves relaxed and its tail swings.
